Piston Cup 2009 (by Ighi)
During the weekend I received a series of emails from Ighi about the "Piston Cup" meeting which was held in Lonato (BS). As usual the displayed cars were beautiful and even Ighi's pictures are not be outdone. But now enjoy the pictures!

A new photocamera for Hollywood Wheels
After 4 years of honorable service (an a lot of trips around the world), my old Olympus D-560 (on the left) has ceased to operate. For this reason, I can't post news on the site, but don't worry: I just ordered a new Olympus SP-590 (on the right) with a 26x optical zoom!! When I will received it, I'll be back to update the site! Be patient!

Another video created by Slimer
Yesterday, I received another email from Slimer (the same user of the Ford Taurus from the movie "Robocop 2"). This time he sent me a video about his diecast models collection. During the 10 minutes of this video, you can watch the beautiful models that Slimer has owned over the years.

General Lee or #71?
Do you remember the Dodge Charger #71 I bought in June by David, an English boy? Well, this time I won another model for Hazzard created by him, but this time the diecast model is even more exclusive: it is always a Dodge Charger, but depending on how you look, it looks like a General Lee or the #71. I can not wait to receive it. For now, enjoy these photos...

The new A-Team
In the previous months we heard that the movie version of the famous TV series "The A-Team" is in production and it will see the light in theaters in 2010. Currently, we know nothing about the plot of this movie, but what is well known are the actors that will be part of the famous "A-Team": John 'Hannibal' Smith will be played by Liam Neeson (in the original series by George Peppard), Templeton 'Face'Peck will be played by Bradley Cooper (the original series by Dirk Benedict), Bosco' B.A.' Baracus will be played by Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson (in the original series by Mr.T) and 'Howling Mad' Murdock will be interpreted, but is not yet certain, by Sharlto Copley (in the original series by Dwight Schultz). As for the mythical GMC van, there is a picture on Internet where the graphics are slightly different (maybe I will show in the next few days). I hope they do a good job and not as the usual transpositions in which Hollywood has accustomed us...

The new A-Team's van
As promised, here's a photo of GMC truck that was photographed on the set of new movie "The A-Team." As I told you yesterday, the graphics of the truck is different from that used in the 80's during the TV series. Perhaps this recent photo of the new A-Team movie van that we have all seen is going to be in the beginning of the storyline like the "pre-Cooter" General Lee. We look forward to get other info about it!
