My FZ750... finished!
In this period I had not much time to work on my custom models, because every time I had free time I used it to complete the restoration of my 1986 Yamaha FZ 750 (the same motorbike used by Carlo Verdone in the movie "Troppo Forte"). Finally, saturday I completed it and so I've shot a lot of photos in the garden of my house. Moreover, sunday morning I've brought it to "Madonna del Ghisallo" with my father (he came with his 1954 Moto Guzzi Airone 250). I hope you like this pictures and in the next few days, I'll come back to post material about new diecast models.

My hand signed pictures
Finally yesterday I hung in my bedroom all the hand signed pictures I've collected over the years. Most actors have appeared in popular TV series, but there is also some great screen actor. Entering into detail, we have: John Schneider (Bo Duke), Ron Howard (Richie Cunningham), Henry Winkler (Fonzi), Byron Cherry (Coy Duke), Christopher Mayer (Vance Duke), Don Johnson (Sonny Crockett), David Hasselhoff (Michael Knight), Tom Wopat (Luke Duke), Catherine Bach (Daisy Duke), James Best (Rosco P. Coltrane), Rick Hurst (Cletus Hogg), Farrah Fawcett (Jill Monroe), Adam West (Batman), Burt Ward (Robin), Ben Jones (Cooter Davenport), Sonny Shroyer (Enos Strate), Burt Reynolds (Smokey & The Bandit), Clint Eastwood (Gran Torino), Michael J. Fox (Back to the Future) and Tom Cruise (Top Gun).

A new Testarossa for Crockett
After a long period of observation, I decided to buy (from Germany) the white Ferrari Testarossa produced by Hot Wheels (without the license "Miami Vice"). The model is a limited edition to 5000 pieces and when it will come I will make a careful analysis to evaluate the merits and defects. Stay tuned!

Ferrari Testarossa (Miami Vice) by Hot Wheels [Review]
As announced in my last post, few days ago I received the new Ferrari Testarossa produced by Hot Wheels: it's a limited series (mine is number 1723) and it's a model of the series "Star Cars". In fact, without the official license, this is the Testarossa used by Sonny Crockett from the third season of the TV series "Miami Vice". The model is based on the old BBurago with some improvements (good paint, engine quite accurate, wheels more proportionate) but could do it better (interior not sufficient detailed, side grilles applied to the body, headlamps fixed). I would have preferred it had been the Kyosho to produce the replica of the Testarossa used in "Miami Vice" but for now I'll settle for this. I hope that sooner or later something changes, so we could see a white Testarossa produced by Kyosho!

Ford Taurus from "Robocop 2" (by Slimer)
Yesterday, I received an email from Slimer, a visitor of this site. He has just finished to mount a kit of the Ford Taurus used in the movie "Robocop 2". The kit is in 1/24th and in the following video you can watch all the steps taken to complete this beautiful car. Enjoy with it!
